Delivery
Delivery is via third party courier. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been shipped. As the registered couriers are third party companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery, as a signature is usually required. Orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped.

Grainfather is committed to providing a quality, convenient, all in one brewing system that our customers love using. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your Grainfather, please return this to us within 30 days of receipt and we can refund your purchase using your original payment method. However, you will need to send this back to us at your own cost. We can only accept returns from those who have purchased from an official Grainfather website, owned by Imake Ltd.
1 Year Warranty
All products sold on the Grainfather website are warranted against faults when used in a normal manner from 1 year of receipt. We will endeavour to repair or replace your product at no charge if found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault during the warranty period. The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, customer alterations and incorrect installation. However, we are here to support you for as long as possible and are therefore also happy to review products and often fix after the 12 month period (but aren't liable to do so).
