Delivery

Delivery is via third party courier. It is our company policy that we do not ship to Post Office box in New Zealand. Shipping address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped. As the registered couriers are third-party courier companies, we are unable to control their delivery time. If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery. Orders cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.

North Island: 2 - 5 working days (note: add 1 extra day for rural delivery)

South Island: 4 -10 days (note: add 1 extra day for rural delivery)

Refunds

We are fully committed to your satisfaction and will replace any faulty products. You can return any products to receive a full refund of the purchased price, or exchange the purchased products for products of the same dollar value within 14 days of delivery, provided that the products are returned to Imake Auckland Head Office in their original condition with packaging and invoice. Imake ltd will not process refunds for incorrect purchases or change of mind. All refund requests need to be made in writing via our contact form within 14 days of purchase. Please refer to our contact us page for a list of numbers you can call for advice on how to best return any faulty product.
