Galaxy and Ella are two Australian hops which give huge, tropical, grapefruit flavours to beer. Individually they are fantastic and have become a single hop beer favourite but combined together they become something truly special.
This recipe was developed by our UK team to produce a highly drinkable and thirst quenching pale ale that packs a punch.
