12 MONTH WARRANTY

 

The Grainfather is warranted against faults when used in a normal manner from 12 months of receipt. We will endeavour to repair or replace your product at no charge if found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault during the warranty period. The warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, customer alterations and incorrect installation (for the list and details of these, please refer to your warranty card in the Grainfather box). However, we are here to support you for as long as possible and are therefore also happy to review products and often fix after the 12 month period (but aren't liable to do so).

To make a warranty claim, if you have purchased online from us, contact us directly or if you have purchased from a retail store, please contact them in the first instance. Proof of purchase will be required before you can make a claim under this warranty.
