Rye.P.A
Rye is a popular malt to use in IPA’s. It gives beers a peppery, dry finish which works well for the style. Rye malt adds to the perceived bitterness so brewing this style well is a balancing act between getting the rye malt character to shine through whilst keeping the beer drinkable and not out of balance in terms of bitterness.
