White IPA
An amalgamation between a Belgian style wit beer and an American IPA, this beer is all about the interplay between the esters and phenols of the Belgian yeast strain and big hop bitterness and aroma. Get it right and you have the perfect balance of two great styles but get it wrong and you’re left with a poor interpretation of one or the other.
